Your data
Two forms collect information: the one on the Contact page and the project brief reachable from Services. This site has no ad network, no audience measurement and no social-media buttons — so nothing follows you from page to page.
- What we ask for
- Your name and email address, which are required to reply. Your organization and phone number if you provide them — both are optional. Then your message, or your answers to the brief.
- Why
- To answer your request and prepare the conversation that follows. Nothing else: no newsletter, no resale, no sharing with third parties.
- Legal basis
- The pre-contractual steps you take by writing to us.
- Who has access
- The site’s publisher alone, and the email host for the purpose of delivering the message.
- How long
- three years from our last exchange
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. An email to contact@enixlab.fr is enough, and the reply arrives within a month. If you disagree, you can complain to the CNIL (France’s data protection authority) — cnil.fr.
To keep bots from filling in the forms, the server briefly counts submissions per IP address. The address is not stored as is: it is turned into a fingerprint that cannot be reversed, and the counter erases itself after one hour.
The security analysis
The page What does your site reveal? reads, at your request, what a site shows publicly. Each request is logged.
- What is recorded
- Your IP address, the date and time, and the site you ask to have analyzed.
- Why
- To respond to an abuse report coming from an analyzed site, and to turn away anyone who would use the tool against a third-party site.
- Legal basis
- The publisher’s legitimate interest in securing a service open to the public.
- Where
- On the analysis engine’s server, rented from Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), which hosts it without accessing it.
- How long
- Six months, then automatic erasure. A site’s report is kept for a quarter of an hour, so it can be read once when several people request it.
Cookies
This site sets none. The only thing it keeps in your browser is the theme you chose, light or dark, so it can restore it on your next visit. This preference never leaves your device, serves no other purpose, and disappears if you clear the site’s data — which is why no banner asks for your consent.
Ownership
The texts, images and code of this site belong to their author. You may quote a page with its source credited; reusing all or part of it on another site requires written permission.
Governing law
This notice is governed by French law. A question or a dispute? Write first to contact@enixlab.fr: almost everything gets settled that way.
