The
studio.

EnixLab designs custom-built websites, mobile apps and business software, and secures what already runs. One person leads each project, from the first question to the final deployment.

Who builds your project

The studio is a sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle) based in Paris’s 12th arrondissement. The person who answers your message is the one who reviews your needs, writes the code and launches your project: you work directly with the developer.

This way of working has a direct consequence: the studio takes on few projects at a time, and each one gets the attention of someone who knows every decision behind it. Registration details are in the legal notice.

What the studio builds

Six services, with two goals. Create what doesn’t exist yet: a custom-built website, an iOS and Android mobile app, a business software or a SaaS product tailored to one way of working. Strengthen what already runs: cybersecurity, infrastructure and cloud, maintenance and monitoring.

The details of each specialty are on the Services page, and the delivered work is on Work.

“Custom-built” means something specific

Custom-built software fits the way you work. With off-the-shelf software, you adapt to its workflow. The difference can mean workarounds, extra spreadsheets and tasks repeated every week.

Custom-built software pays off when that difference costs more than the development — when a trade has rules of its own, when packaged software forces your team into inefficient workarounds, or when data must stay under your control. The studio says so plainly when an existing solution is enough: that is the kind of answer that brings clients back.

How the guides are written

The guides cover situations where a business has a problem and little time: a site that is down, an intrusion, a reporting obligation. They follow three rules, and you can check them by reading.

Every figure carries its primary source and its year. Two widely repeated figures were set aside for lack of a traceable source, and an error repeated by the press and by brokers was corrected rather than copied. Each guide ends with its list of sources, with what each one establishes.

A guide stays useful to someone who will never call. The steps come in order, with the commands and templates to take away. What falls to a contractor is flagged as such, at the end.

Every guide carries a date and a name. For texts that state legal deadlines, knowing when the information was checked and who stands behind it is part of the information.

Where the studio works

The studio is based in Paris and works throughout the Paris region (Île-de-France), on site when the situation calls for it. Development, audit and maintenance are done remotely across France: we communicate by video call and in writing, and every decision stays on record.

Write to the studio

Describe your needs in a few lines from the Contact page, or fill in the project brief from Services if your project is already defined. Expect a reply within 48 hours, from the person who will build the project.
